Our support will help you enhance your 'Mental Flexibility' to improve your performance and wellbeing.

We use a combination of short and long-term strategies to achieve this. These are evidence-based and supported by science, athletes, coaches and psychologists. For our youth athletes, including in Football and Tennis, we use the 5Cs framework.

OUR PROCESS

We have two avenues of 1-to-1 support: One-at-a-time sessions and bespoke Elite Performer Programs.​ This page provides Road Maps and detailed Breakdowns of both.​ We also outline our Approach To Consultancy.

A bespoke Elite Performer Programs provide the most comprehensive support and the best value for your money. If you're unsure about what support you'd prefer, don't worry - both routes begin with a Free Initial Chat then Intake Assessment to identify the best way forward.

Our support is typically delivered online to maximise flexibility for our clients. If you'd prefer in-person support, you may have to pay additional on-costs.​​​

APPROACH TO CONSULTANCY

Regardless of which avenue of support you request, our practitioners consistently practice in accordance with the principes of Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) and its underpinning philosophical assumptions. We may also use Mental Skills Training (MST) exercises, where they are congruent with ACT, to deliver support. All of our support and interventions are backed by a plethora of psychological research.

Acceptance & Commitment Training (ACT)

Developing mental flexibility through Acceptance and Commitment Training will be an active, hands-on process which is perfect for people who learn best by 'doing'.​

 

Our approach offers you plenty of opportunities to talk about your concerns, worries and challenges in a solution-focused manner. This ensures we help you navigate your thoughts and feelings to achieve the behaviours necessary for sporting success. 

 

We'll offer you individualised performance-enhancing strategies, skills and knowledge to help you respond in a helpful way to the inevitable challenges and discomfort sport brings.

Your newly found freedom to respond in a valued way is called mental flexibility.​ This is our most robust method of improving performance in the long-term.
